In addition to making sure that properties are well maintained, rents are correct, and residents are eligible, managers of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties must ensure that policies protecting the owner and management company from general liability issues are in-place. This full-day training session will discuss all the operating policies that should be present at any LIHTC property.
