The Value of VHMA Membership

Being a member of the Vermont Housing Managers Association offers housing professionals a wealth of benefits that support growth, effectiveness, and connection within the affordable housing sector. Members gain access to discounted training seminars throughout the year, designed to build confidence and expertise in areas such as fair housing compliance, property management best practices, and regulatory updates. Both in person and online, we strive to offer up-to-date resources that help members stay informed and equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of housing in Vermont.

Annual membership begins at $175, depending on organizational size. In addition to membership dues, VHMA relies on financial support to continue offering high-quality trainings and resources at affordable rates. Donor memberships are available at the Contributing level ($500) and Supporting level ($1,000), both of which include standard membership benefits.
