Conference Highlights

Get ready for two days of learning, networking and inspiration at the 2025 VHMA Annual Conference held at the scenic Jay Peak Resort which offers a beautiful mountain setting with top-notch amenities, making it the perfect backdrop for both professional development and relaxation.

  • Expert-Led Training: We’re proud to welcome US Housing Consultants for two days of in-depth sessions focused on HOTMA and industry best practices.
  • Diverse Presenters: Hear from professionals in mental health, public safety, and housing advocacy, including voices from Washington County Mental Health, Mourning Fox, Montpelier Police Department, Human Rights Commission, State of Vermont, Chittenden County Sheriff’s office, Legal Advice and more.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow housing professionals in meaningful ways throughout the conference. A highlight this year is our Lunch Plenary Session, featuring a panel with representatives from the Vermont Housing Finance Agency, Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development and Vermont State Housing Authority, who will have an engaged and open dialogue with attendees.
