The ACE Low-Income Housing Tax Crdit Compliance course is a two-day in person course designed to help affordable housing professionals confidently navigate the complexities of LIHTC project compliance. Participants will have the opportunity to take the USHC Accredited Compliance Expert Exam for an additional cost within 7 days after being assigned as content after our conference.

We’ll explore what makes communication productive, why conflict is a natural and often useful part of working and living with others, and how to stay grounded so you can respond thoughtfully instead of reacting. Drawing on insights from neuroscience and psychology, you’ll build practical strategies you can use immediately in workplace and everyday interactions.

CHAMPLAIN VALLEY OFFICE OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY Landlord and Tenant Rights & Responsibilities – Building Skill and Best Practices workshop includes the fundamentals of landlord and tenant rights & responsibilites, leases, security deposits, repairs, health code violations, terminations, evictions, fair housing and disability law. We will walk through case studies and best pracices to support residents.
