Tight budgets and creative funding approaches for affordable housing programs often lead to layers of rules and regulations, which can be hard to parse. On June 26 and 27, US Housing Consultants will untangle the multiple funding programs web for you.
This two-day course tackles the challenges of working with multiple funding programs with a unique and dynamic approach. We have developed a color-coded coursebook that shows how all of the major funding programs work together. The course takes you through all of the major categories, how to handle leasing, income calculations, student status, and other requirements.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC)
Housing and Urban Development Multi-Family Housing (HUD MFH)
Rural Development (RD)
HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME)
